JY500D4 digital weighing converter is mainly used as part of a weighing device to convert between a weighing signal and a digital signal. With functions of weight limit judgment and latch display, it can be used for weight limit control and data acquisition.
With two rows of LED nixie tubes for display, four control buttons and a panel-mount structure, the products is applicable to the automatic weighing apparatuses in industries including building materials, chemical, food, steel and iron, feed, etc.

● Used for places needing to convert weighing signals into digital communication signals and standard analog output signals.
●4-20mA (type A) or 1-5V (type B) analog output signal , RS485, RS232 (type S) or DP (D4D type)digital communication interface.
● Two rows of LED nixie tubes for displaying current weighing value, latched value or analog output value
● 4 control buttons, i.e. ZERO, TARE, LATCH and DISPLAY.
●Two weight limit judgment functions, i.e. upper limit and lower limit,judgment results output three NPN (D4D type is PNP) transistor ports.
● With an isolated input for receiving external zero-setting signal, taring signal or latch control signal.
● Can latch 160 weighing values automatically. “first-in, first-out” and push operation of data for the purpose of future reference. Data getting rate is up to 120 samples per second.
● Can obtain appropriate performance through parameter setting.
● Interior switching power supply and overvoltage protection circuit to adapt to large voltage fluctuation.
● Panel-mount type. Panel size: 110mm (W) and 62 mm (D).
