GK400 is a highly precise modular A/D conversion device converting the output signal of resistance strain sensor into the digital signal based on mV/V dimension. The product contains high precision A/D conversion, D/A conversion, MCU, digital interface and isolated power circuit. It is mainly used as a part for electric signal measurement and digital conversion in various weighing scales, force (tension, pressure, shear, torsion, etc.) detecting equipment and automatic pressure control equipment.

GK400 has a supply voltage of DC24V and provides a 5V/60mA sensor excitation power supply. Measurement signal input is differential signal and the output end includes digital communication interface port and analog signal output. The input end is electrically isolated from the output end and the power end by an isolation voltage of 1,500 V.
With the MODBUS—RTU communication protocol, GK400 can realize working parameter configuration by read and write operations of a register for choosing the most appropriate performance.

For convenient application, GK400 also provides a configurable moving average type digital filter.

● With A/D conversion rate of 7.5 Hz/s, 15 Hz/s, 30 Hz/s, 60 Hz/s or 120 Hz/s to adapt to signal acquisition at different speeds.
● Measurement read instruction for higher communication efficiency.
● With great anti-interference performance because of input end electrically isolated from output end and power end.
● Standard guide rail type horizontal module housing for easy installation in electric control cabinet.
