GK410 belt scale transmitter is a highly precise, modular and integrated conversion device converting the output signal of a resistance strain sensor into a digital signal with a unit of mV/V and the output signal of a speed sensor into a digital signal with a frequency unit and outputting the corresponding analog signals. It is mainly used as a part for electric signal measurement and digital conversion in belt scale controllers and on other occasions with similar functional requirements as well.

GK410DC24 has a supply voltage of DC24V and provides a 5V/60mA resistance strain sensor excitation power supply and 24V/50mA speed sensor excitation power supply. The output includes digital communication interface output and analog signal output. The strain input end, the digital communication end and the power end are electrically isolated by an isolation voltage of 1,500 V.

● Designed for widely used resistance strain bridges, provided with measurement signal input end which is differential input end.
● With a digital output unit of mV/V, which is the same as resistance strain sensor. Can realize no-real-object calibration for systems.
● Output each measurement datum in the form of digital communication, provide analog output signal (optional) and support MODBUS-RTU communication protocol based digital communication.
● Configure A/D conversion channel to adjust the analog output through digital communication.
● Configure strain data, speed data and control data for each analog output channel.
● With internal configurable digital filter with ten intensity levels for the stain measurement channel for easy application.
● Configure operating parameters through the read and write operations of register to choose the most appropriate performance.
