However, China's electronic truck scale manufacturers choose different types of weighing sensors and weighing display control instruments, which brings some difficulties to the measurement and detection work, especially in the weighing display control instruments.
1、 Different manufacturers use different weighing display control instruments, resulting in too many and miscellaneous weighing display control instruments used by the current weighing instrument, and even some sensors do not match. There are 110 large-scale digital indicating scales and electromechanical scales in the administrative area of our county, and more than 20 kinds of weighing display control instruments are used. It is understood that the situation in adjacent counties and cities is similar. Due to the different calibration procedures of different weighing display control instruments, it brings some difficulties to the metrological verification. Especially in the past two years, some weighing instrument manufacturers, especially small and medium-sized weighing instrument manufacturers, unilaterally pursue economic benefits and use more weighing display control instruments with few functions and simple operation procedures, which has caused many problems for the comprehensive management of weighing instruments.
2、 Article 7.1 of JJG539-1997 regulation on metrological verification of digital indicating scale stipulates that devices that may change the metrological performance of the scale or parts that directly affect the weighing value shall be printed or sealed with lead. The original verification certificate and seal or lead seal of the scale passing the inspection in use shall remain unchanged. In practical work, there are great differences due to different calibration methods of weighing display control instruments used in the weighing instrument, such as jumper disconnection, code pulling, calibration plug short circuit, keyboard direct input, etc. If the jumper is used to disconnect and dial the code, it can be sealed or lead sealed; The calibration plug short circuit and keyboard direct input method can not be sealed, even if some weighing display control instruments have passwords. However, in the actual verification, it is difficult to ensure that the password is not compromised for many reasons. At the same time, some passwords are fixed passwords that cannot be changed, and the program of keyboard calibration direct input method is too simple.
3、 It brings some difficulties to measurement law enforcement and measurement arbitration. It is mainly manifested in that it is difficult to identify whether it is the weighing instrument user's responsibility or the metrological verification personnel's responsibility in case of measurement inaccuracy due to the inability to seal or seal. In our daily work, we found that the weighing display control instruments used in the current and new electronic truck scales are chaotic. Some are called imported meters, but the adjustment procedure is simple. Non professional technicians can adjust the scale without a technical manual, and there is no special seal or seal; Some passwords are simple to set, and professional technicians cannot modify the password, while non professional technicians can modify the range at will; Some weighing instrument manufacturers are associated with weighing display control instrument manufacturers, and the passwords recorded in the technical manual are used by professional technicians and weighing instrument verification personnel. However, through observation and understanding, the enterprises producing weighing display control instruments also have another set of special passwords. The technicians of weighing instruments and instrument enterprises can adjust the weighing capacity without opening the seal, lead seal or previously set password. If the weighing instrument users master the special password and adjust the weighing amount at will, the consequences will be very terrible, which will seriously affect the scientificity, impartiality and authority of measurement, and bring new problems to measurement law enforcement and measurement arbitration. We hereby call on and hope that quality and technical supervision departments at all levels will strictly supervise and strengthen management, prohibit the production and sales of such weighing display control instruments, safeguard the interests of the state and consumers, and maintain the image of quality and technical supervision departments.
