JY500B3 Wall-MOUNTED/EMBEDDED TYPE BELT SCALE CONTROLLER

Application:

JY500B3 is designed for feeding various bulk or powder materials, during feeding it measures, totalizes materials and controls flux continuously and dynamically. It applies to measure control meter which include belt scale, quantitative feeder, feeder scale, weightlessness scale, and spiral scale.

This equipment adopts advanced micro-electronics technology, EMC technology, 24 bit high precision A/D converter, has Chinese-English menu operation interface. It’s invented independently and completely, and it’s well appraise by clients within the country and overseas as its characteristic that high precision, stabilization and credibility, strong anti-jamming capability, convenient operation and maintenance. It applies widely to various control industries that need measuring and feeding bulk or powder materials, such as power generation, coal industry, metallurgy, mining, harbor, chemical and building material industry.

2.Use DCS to actualize telecontrol operation.
3.Two kinds of screen to choose, LCD or VFD, wall-mounted type or embedded type to adopt different environment.
4.Corrects zero point, belt deadweight, belt speed and totalization automatically.
5.Adopts all-digital and parameter input setting mode, practicality and analog calibration mode.
6.Functions of malfunction hint, malfunction signal purview choice and stop when alarm.
7.Functions of signal collection, error correction, state judgement, running display, PID regulation, DCS communication and so on.
8.Adopts flash mode to access data, can save all process parameters automatically when losing power supply, when turn on the equipment again, the equipment will keep running in the original process parameters that before losing power supply.

9.Adopts high credible elements, combine with advanced anti-jamming technology, stand against highly in static, spark, electromagnetic interference.
