Alkali dust and flake alkali agglomerations in chute affect the stable use of the packing scale. The following measures have been taken to extend the service life of the packing scale and stabilize the production.
1. Reduce the production of alkali dust
The amount of alkali dust is the biggest obstacle to the normal use cycle of the packing scale. Because potassium hydroxide flake alkali is easy to absorb the moisture in the air and deliquescence, the wet alkali dust is attached to the packing scale, which corrodes the control system, mechanical system, operation panel, packing scale instrument and other components of the packaging scale, which causes its operation failure, resulting in production stoppage or discharging. Reducing the amount of alkali dust can effectively prolong the use period of the packaging scale.
(1) The amount of alkali dust is directly related to the cooling temperature of the drum of the alkali machine, and the temperature and flow of cooling water have great influence on the crystallization of the flake. Therefore, the area of the plate heat exchanger of the cooling water plate of the alkali machine is increased to reduce the water temperature of the drum of the unit; The water flow rate is increased, the crystallization temperature of alkali decreases greatly, and the alkali dust produced by the difficulty of scraping off the flake alkali is reduced.
(2) In practice, the alkali dust produced shall be washed first, and the alkali dust falling from the packing scale shall be sucked by the fan, and the alkali water absorbed shall be discharged regularly by the alkali mist scrubber; On the other hand, the natural suction pipe of alkali dust is installed on the alkali top cover, and the natural settlement blind pipe is added in the middle to clean it regularly.
Through these measures, the pollution of alkali dust at the packing scale is reduced.
2. Protection of packing scale
(1) The control panel and operation button of the packing scale are sensitive, and it is easy to be damaged by corrosion and damage when exposed to alkali dust for a long time, which affects its service life. Transparent plastic is used on the control panel and the cover of the operation button, which plays a good protective role without affecting the operation.
(2) Clean the chute regularly. Because the molten alkali vapor is cooled in the closed alkali machine, the condensed water drops onto the flake and chute scraped by the scraper, which causes the flake alkali to absorb water and wet, and the flake alkali is hung on the chute wall to form block alkali; If it is not cleaned for a long time, it will form a large agglomeration; The vibration of the packing scale causes the alkali block to fall off, and the packing scale is blocked seriously, so it has to stop for treatment. Use special tools to clean up the caking alkali on the chute wall regularly at specific parts, so as to avoid blocking of the packing scale.
(3) Wash the packing scale with pure water regularly. There is a baffle plate at the bottom of vibrator of packing scale to control the amount of alkali cutting of sheet. The agglomerated alkali falling on the chute wall is easy to form blockage here. This is a whole and sensitive, and it can not vibrate or knock hard. Wash regularly with pure water and then dry quickly with steam. This can not only ensure that the packaging scale is not blocked, but also can ensure the packaging quality of flake alkali.
(4) Maintain the packing scale clips regularly. The clamp of the packing scale gradually becomes loose during the use. The falling of the packing bag causes the alkali dust to spread out, increase the discharge capacity of the alkali dust, and affect the normal use of the packing scale. Regular maintenance of the clamp of the packing scale is a powerful measure to ensure the normal use of the scale and protect the environment.
3 dry environment
The humidity of environment has a direct impact on the agglomeration of flake alkali. Reducing air humidity is an effective way to reduce the agglomeration of flake alkali. Therefore, the drain in the workshop is moved to the outside, the hot water is closed by the pipe, and the outer drain pipe of the steam condensate tank is led to the outdoor, and the air humidity is reduced from the source; At the same time, a series of measures such as drying the ground regularly with hot air are added to create a good drying environment for the packaging and ensure the normal use of the packing scale.
