In the electronic weighing apparatus, the weighing instrument should generally correspond to the weighing sensor used by the weighing apparatus. At present, the most widely used weighing sensor at home and abroad is the resistance strain type weighing sensor. Most of its excitation voltage is DC regulated power supply, and the output voltage is DC voltage. It can be seen that the weighing instrument is mostly used to measure the DC voltage.
Weighing display control instrument technical requirements:
1.Full input voltage range
Generally, the sensitivity of the output of the weighing sensor is 2m1F/V, and the voltage of the excitation power supply is 10V. Therefore, under the rated load, the maximum output DC voltage is about 20mV.However, the load of the load cell is usually only 1/2 of the rated load.2/3, which determines that the full input voltage of the meter is about 10.About 15 mv.When the output sensitivity and excitation voltage of the weighing sensor are high, and the full input voltage reaches more than 30mV, the instrument should also adapt to this requirement through adjustment. The limit of the instrument display value, generally should be at least 3 degrees larger than the electronic weighing device display value, but should not exceed the maximum weighing value of 10%.
2.Meter sensitivity
The stable resolution of the meter is generally 1 PV.It depends on the maximum output voltage of the load cell and the accuracy of the display required by the meter.
3.The input noise
The size of input noise directly affects the detection and use of weak signal. It is required that the internal noise of the instrument should be less than the amplitude of useful signal, generally not less than 1:2, that is, the noise amplitude should not exceed 1/2 of the amplitude of useful signal.
4.Input resistance
Input resistance R: When detecting the output voltage of the weighing cell, Ri should be much greater than the output resistance of the weighing cell
