Xk3190-ds1 provides two adjustment modes of angular difference, namely manual and automatic. Manual adjustment is to measure the internal code change of each sensor when the weight is placed in different positions of the scale table to calculate the corresponding coefficient of each sensor manually, and then input the instrument. The automatic method only needs to place weights at different positions of the scale table according to the instrument instructions, The instrument will automatically complete the calculation of coefficient. Generally, the angle difference adjustment can be completed only by automatic method. The function of manual method is: on the one hand, in the case of severe environment (such as outdoor wind), the adjustment coefficient can be adjusted slightly according to experience and then input manually; On the other hand, when replacing the instrument, the angle difference coefficient of the replaced instrument can be input directly in the new instrument, without the need for the adjustment of the angular difference again

Xk3190-ds1 has a special function for digital weighing instrument, namely track scale function. Analog instrument does not distinguish which sensor signals are sent from, and angle difference adjustment is completed by adjusting resistance in junction box. When digital instrument is used as track scale, sensor must be grouped, and it is considered that two digital sensors of the same group have the same adjustment coefficient, This will enable adjustment of angular difference. Xk3190-ds1 has such functions

The digital sensor supported by xk3190-ds2 is the same as xk3190-ds1, but it is a new technology. The core of this instrument is not 51 series single chip microcomputer, but ARM chip, which has fast operation and processing speed. The display adopts point array VFD or dot matrix LCD, which can display more direct and rich information. First, xk3190-ds2 provides a full Chinese character interface. Even customers who have not used Yaohua instrument can easily master their operation. For each operation step, there are Chinese character information prompts, including what users should input, how large the input range is, whether the data input is legal, whether the instrument or sensor has any fault and what kind of fault

Secondly, xk3190-ds2 provides convenient input function of Chinese characters, which can input the vehicle number, goods number and company name of Chinese characters. The Chinese character input method adopts Pinyin input, and users who understand pinyin can master it without learning. Besides, besides inputting Chinese characters, they can also input upper and lower case letters, punctuation symbols and numbers, and can enter these contents in a mixed way

Thirdly, xk3190-ds2 provides a quick way to call the vehicle number and goods number. Each vehicle number or item number entered by the user automatically generates a three digit shortcut code. Other functions, such as search sensor, angle difference adjustment, instrument replacement, do not need to recalibrate (only input sensor coefficient, zero ad code and calibration rate) are the same as xk3190-ds1

There are two misunderstandings about digital weighing display controller and digital sensor

One mistake is that the use of digital instruments does not need to calibrate the scale table. In fact, whether it is an analog sensor or a digital sensor, the most basic is that strain type sensors convert the signal of force into electrical signals. We know that if the force bias applied to the sensor is biased, even if only one sensor is used, the angle difference problem will occur. Therefore, the installation of the scale platform must be done, Avoid lateral force on the sensor or insufficient contact between the sensor and the scale table

Another mistake is that the output data of digital sensor is equal to the actual weight. There is a calibration problem for digital sensor itself. Calibration can be carried out before connecting to the scale table (generally, calibration is completed in the sensor manufacturer). If the internal code of sensor output after calibration is close to the weight and the effective number is very small, It is very unfavorable for the calculation inside the instrument. Because the end data of the code in the sensor has rounding error, and there will be errors in the calculation process inside the instrument, which makes the accuracy of the sensor discount. Therefore, if the user needs to recalibrate the sensor, the full scale can be marked as a million codes, and the error introduced in the calculation can be minimized
