Dynamic weighing instrument control system maintenance

(1) After installation, the weighing instrument should properly keep the manual, certificate of qualification, installation drawing and other materials, and be verified by the local measuring department or the state-recognized measuring department, before it is put into use.

(2) Before the meter is powered on, it is necessary to check whether the grounding device of the power supply is reliable;Power must be cut off after off-duty shutdown.

(3) Before using the weighing device, check whether the scale body is flexible and whether the performance of the supporting parts is good.

(4) the dynamic weighing instrument must be turned on first to preheat, generally about 30 minutes.

(5) In order to ensure accurate measurement of the system, there should be lightning protection facilities. When welding near the weighing device, it is strictly prohibited to borrow the scale platform for zero line grounding to prevent damage to the electrical components.

Car scale platform maintenance

(2) often check whether the limit clearance is reasonable, and the limit bolt and the scale body should not collide and contact.

(3) the connector shall be maintained once every six months, and the connecting part shall be coated with butter.

(4) Arc welding operation is prohibited on the weighing platform, if it is necessary to conduct arc welding operation on the weighing platform.Please note the following points :(Disconnect the signal cable from the dynamic weighing meter;The ground wire of arc welding must be set near the welding site, and firmly in contact with the scale body;Do not use sensors as part of the arc welding loop.

Car scale control instrument microcomputer maintenance

(1) to ensure that the instrument control microcomputer grounding system is good.

(2) it is strictly prohibited to switch frequently, move and remove the computer at will.

(3) the weighing system control computer should be away from the water source, strong electromagnetic dry close.

(4) it is strictly prohibited to use foreign floppy disks at will to prevent infection with viruses.

(5) Do not use hard objects to hit the keyboard, such as a screwdriver.

(6) The room shall be kept clean and the temperature shall meet the requirements of the host manual.

(7) Operators need to be trained before they can take up their posts.
