5. The roller is not level, causing the belt to run off track.If the installation is out of tolerance, it should be leveled;If the outer diameter of the cylinder is not consistent, the cylinder should be reprocessed.
6. The surface of the roller of the belt scale is bonded to the material, so that the roller becomes a conical surface, which will make the belt deviate to the side.This is caused by spilling material. Care should be taken to prevent this phenomenon and clean it regularly.
7. The tape will deviate once it is loaded.It is generally due to the material feeding point is not in the middle of the tape, should be adjusted accordingly.
8. The belt deviates when it is empty, and it is corrected after adding materials.This phenomenon is generally caused by the initial tension is too large, should be adjusted appropriately.
Fault two, the processing method of belt scale belt spreading material
1.Blocking plates can be added on both sides of the belt.
2.Wall ring belt, add vertical edge to normal ring belt.
3.Skirt edge type ring belt.
Fault three, belt scale belt slip and its treatment methods
