Problem 1: the batching has just started, and pressing the zero key cannot set zero.
This shows that the zero setting range is too small. When the weighing hopper is unloaded to the mixer, there must be a small part of the material stuck in the hopper, which is called residual material. The solution is to manually unload the residual materials before batching. Of course, you can also recalibrate the zero point and the standard weight, which can eliminate such problems.
Problem 2: the actual weight of ingredients is too different from the target quantity
Generally speaking, as long as the parameters are set properly, our batching error should be within 1% ~ 2%. In the automatic drop mode, it is normal that there is a large difference between the first few batches, because the system will automatically correct the drop, and slowly approach the target value after several batches of correction. If it is found that the result of long-term batching is too large with the actual target value, the filter intensity can be appropriately increased. The greater the filter intensity, the longer the stabilization time required, and the more accurate the calculated drop.
In the manual drop mode, if the actual batching weight is much greater than the set target value, it indicates that the drop is set too small, resulting in the lower hopper closing too late, and the set drop can be increased appropriately. If it is found that the lower hopper is closed too early and the batching weight is far less than the set target amount, the lower hopper will be closed. The set drop value can be appropriately reduced. Generally speaking, the instrument is usually equipped with materials to the target value at one time.
Problem 3: during the unloading process, the unloading door is closed before the materials are unloaded.
This indicates that the range of zero zone is set larger, and the waiting time for unloading is set too short, so that when the weight of the material in the metering bucket is reduced to the weight of zero zone during unloading, the instrument begins to enter the waiting state for unloading. At this time, if the waiting time for unloading is set very small, the instrument will turn off the unloading signal immediately after the delay time (waiting time for unloading) reaches, At this time, the material has not been unloaded. Therefore, in this case, the range of zero zone should be reduced and the unloading waiting time should be increased.
Problem 4: after the instrument enters the automatic operation state, it cannot unload without batching or weighing.
Generally speaking, if the start-up button is just pressed, batching cannot be carried out, which may be caused by wiring or the door opening actuator is not powered on. If automatic unloading is not possible, please check whether the "automatic unloading" function is enabled.
