JY500A3 series batching controller is suitable to be used as a control component in the batching device for accumulating and adding multiple materials in the same weighing hopper.

JY500A3 series batching controller is led digital display with 18 control keys, which is simple to operate and easy to master. It is mainly used for quantitative and proportioning control of various bulk particles and sub packaged materials in building materials and construction industries.

Main functions and features:
1) 9 sets of formulas can be preset, and each formula contains 6 (type A and b) or 4 (type C) material parameters.
2) The recipe parameters include target value and drop correction value.
3) Shortcuts can be used to modify the current recipe.
4) The current automatic operation control can be suspended at any time and converted to manual operation control.
5) Any state can be directly controlled by manual feeding.
6) It has analog and digital dual filtering function and automatic impulse avoidance delay function.

7) Batching process can be suspended at any time, with power-off memory function. Batching can be continued after power-off and restart (clock module is required).
