DESCRIPTION of FAQ of JY500A11 BATCHING CONTROLLER
In case of any irrational parameter setting during trial production, stop the instrument by turning "Manu./Auto." Switch to Manual mode and then change the parameter.
1.Error is reported as soon as starting batching.
It indicates that "ZeroRange" is too small or Fullscale isn’t suitable. A small fraction of materials would always be left inside weighing hopper after discharging, namely the residues.
Solution: stop running by turning "Manu./Auto." Switch to Manual mode, increase "ZeroRange", or remove residues manually. Certainly, zero calibration can solve this problem.
2.Why the difference value is too big between actual weight and target weight?
Generally, batching error would be controlled within 1%- 2% as long as parameter setting is proper.
In automatic drop mode, it is normal that the batching error is big during the first several batches, because the instrument will modify the drop value automatically, so actual weight will be approximately equal to target weight after several batches’ modification. If batching error is big for a long time, it is recommended to increase "Filter" properly or prolong "CloseDelay".
In manual drop mode, if the actual weight is much higher than preset target weight, it means "M.Drop" is set too small, and it is recommended to increase "M.Drop" properly. If discharging gate is closed much earlier while the actual weight is far less than preset target weight, it means"M.Drop"is set big, and it is recommended to decrease "M.Drope" properly.
Generally, automatical inching feeding is not common during batching. And the instrument would normally reach to target weight at one time. If it is required to use automatical inching feeding usually, it is possible that parameter setting is not optimal and should be adjusted.
3.How to deal with discharging gate has closed while materials are not completely discharged?
It is mainly because "ZeroRange" is set too large while "Disc.Dly" is set too short or "Fullscale" is set too large.
Because weight at zero area = Fullscale multiplied by zero setting range, if the setting of Fullscale and zero setting range is not proper, it would lead to a big weight at zero area.
Because of the residual weight inside the weighing hopper is equal to or less than weight at zero area, the instrument would enter the delay state before weighing hopper close, the weighing hopper gate would be closed after finishing delay before weighing hopper close, if this delay is too short, it would lead to the residual material left inside the weighing hopper after the weighing hopper gate close.
For this reason, it is required to narrow down "ZeroRange" and increase "Disch.Dly" at the same time, or check whether the fullscale is proper.
4.How to deal with the instrument not batching or discharging automatically in automatic batching state?
Generally, if fail to start batching after pressing "Run", it is possibly due to bad connected for wiring or the electromagnetic valve not power-on. If fail to discharge materials automatically, it is necessary to check if the automatic discharging function (default mode is Manual Discharging) is activated, if not, reset the "Disc.Mode" value .
5.What is a quick way to change formula?
Access the current formula interface by long pressing【SET】.
Nine formulas are available for the instrument. User may need to set target value for each formula. Setting the default formula number can change current formula.
