THE APPLICATION of JY500B3 BELT SCALE CONTROLLER(1)

Brief introduce:
JY500B3 wall-mounted type and embedded type controller adopts MPU control technology, deals with the weight signal of load cell and speed signal of belt, count the flux and totalization of the flowed material, and the parameters display on the screen. Provides telecontrol pulse counting output as well. And communicate with a computer with RS232 or RS485.

This equipment adopts Chinese-English operation interface, you can  operate intuitively and conveniently. And it’s convenient to calibrate and maintain as its many auto-check functions.

Application:

1. Changes the amount of materials via controlling the drag-belt speed, after plastic by the discharge chute, the thickness of the material is uniform, the belt load is constant regardless of the size of belt speed. Compare with other ways, it measures accurately and control effectively by this way.

2. Achieves the functions that feeding and weighing on two belts.

3. Weighing belt runs in a constant speed, regulates the flux via controlling the disk speed, the load of the weighing belt will increase as the flux increase.

4. Regulates the flux via controlling the disk speed, controls belt speed according to a certain proportion, so that the load on the belt weighing more stable, two-way control output ratio can be set flexibly in the equipment.
